1. How do you gather and compile your lists?
Our lists are gathered from many sources. These can include Yellow and White Page Directories, Public Records, State Realtor Boards, Phone Directories, Internet Listings, Web Forms, Co-Registration Networks, Third Party Compilers, Federal State & City Government Records and more. We have many sources to help better serve our customers.

2. How often are your databases updated and do you provide a discount for updates?
It depends on the specific list you are asking about. Some are updated every 3-4 months, and some are updated as often as daily.

3. What format are your lists in?
We can provide our lists in any format you would need them in. The standard format in Microsoft Excel .csv

4. How do I pay for my list?
Please ask your representative and they will prepare an invoice for your order. Once the invoice is paid we can deliver your list within 24 hours or sooner. We accept payments by Personal or Company Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer. We also accept Western Union or Money Gram to make it easier if you are outside the USA.

6. How do I stay compliant with the law when sending emails?

7. Are your lists for rent or for purchase?
All of the lists we sell are for purchase. Once you buy a list it’s yours to keep and you can market to it as many times as you would like.
